In 2016, the idea of opening a healthy pastry shop sparked a dream that quickly turned into a plan of action. From October 2016 to October 2017, my team and I dedicated ourselves to creating something more than just another healthy pastry shop in Dubai. We aimed to establish a unique Healthy Pâtisserie that would offer the best desserts in the city.
