Domestic Delivery Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Orders could be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours. Please allow additional hours in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery f your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to U.A.E addresses
Healthy Patisserie ships to addresses within the U.A.E Territories.
Damages
Healthy Patisserie is liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the info@healthypatisserie.com carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy
